Burn Laws in Effect

Today is the the annual implementation of the statewide 4PM Burn Law. This means from today until April 30th, open air burning within 300 feet of vegetation is prohibited before 4PM. This is due to seasonally relatively low humidity, dry fuels (ex. leaves) and seasonally gusty winds.
